Where do I order? +
Right at the trailer window. Roll up, scan the QR for the menu, place your order, grab a number, and find a seat in the beer garden. We'll run your pizza out when it's ready.
Do I need a reservation? +
Nope, we're walk-up only. Bigger groups (8 or more) can give us a heads up by calling ahead of time so we're ready, but you don't need to book.
Can I order pizza without going to the brewery? +
Pi Pizza lives at Fibonacci. You'll need to come to us. The beer garden is part of the experience, we promise. No online ordering, no delivery, no DoorDash. Just walk up, order, eat.
What's the deal with the spent grain dough? +
Fibonacci brews beer right next door. The grains used in brewing get pulled out at a certain stage, and instead of tossing them, we work them into our pizza dough. It gives the crust a slightly nutty, slightly malty flavor. Nothing wasted, everything irrational.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options? +
We're working on it. Our classic dough has gluten by design (that's the spent grain story). For now we can do veggie pizzas without cheese on request. Gluten-free crust is coming soon, follow us on Instagram for updates.
Can I get beer with my pizza? +
You absolutely can. That's the whole idea. Walk over to Fibonacci's taproom, grab a pint of whatever's on tap, then bring it back to your seat. Pi and Fibonacci are two sides of the same coin.
Do you cater events or come off-site? +
For special events, yes. The trailer mostly lives at Fibonacci, but we book a handful of off-site events a year (weddings, corporate, private parties). Reach out through the contact link below and we'll send you what we can do.
Cash or card? +
Both work. We take cards, mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. Tipping is welcome but never expected.
Are kids welcome? +
Yes! We're family-friendly during regular hours. The beer garden has plenty of room for kids. After 9pm we tend to skew a little older.
Are dogs welcome? +
Unfortunately, due to our farm animals, only working service dogs are welcome at Fibonacci and Pi.
"Pi" Pizza? +
Because pizza is round. Because Fibonacci is a math nerd brand. Because pi (π) is the constant that lets you calculate the area of a circle, and that's exactly what we're serving. Math nerds, foodies, this is the place.
